1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClientRelay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClientRelay is a client follow-up and lead management platform designed for insurance agents. The Service provides tools for tracking leads, automating follow-up communications, and managing client relationships.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription at $25/month. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
• Send unsolicited commercial messages to individuals who have not opted in
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

6. SMS and Communication Compliance

If you use the SMS features of ClientRelay, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable carrier guidelines. You must have proper consent from recipients before sending any SMS messages through the platform.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell or share your client data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientRelay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
