• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed)
• Profile information: agency name, business phone, state/region, NPN
• Lead and client data you enter into the platform
• Messages and communications sent through the platform
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

We also collect limited usage data automatically:

• IP address and browser type
• Pages viewed and features used
• Error logs and performance data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process subscription payments and manage billing
• Send transactional communications (account confirmations, invoices)
• Respond to your support requests
• Monitor for abuse and ensure platform security

We do not sell your data to third parties, use your client data for advertising, or share your information except as described in this policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is strictly isolated from other users. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — application hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your lead data at any time from your account

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
